Once inside, the decorated Shopping Centre is filled with Christmas cheer. The shops are filled full of stock and the teams are all ready to offer great customer service and fantastic buys.
The lights in the walkway under the atrium look stunningly beautiful. Located in one of the UK’s favourite seaside destinations, the Promenades Shopping Centre is home to nationally renowned retailers.

Jeromes Cafe offers you the chance to sit, relax, have some food and check those Christmas lists.
Reindeer sit looking amazing all lit up under the dome of the atrium, which sits right above Sports Direct.
The security and housekeeping team is friendly, approachable, and ready to help. We want the team to be recognised as it’s clear they work hard to ensure the Centre is clean and safe for all its customers, visitors, and retailers.
