You could be forgiven for not knowing about this little gem of a place and the fact it has a bijou Tapas and Tearoom. This gorgeous Georgian house has undergone a complete transformation in the last twelve months. The hotel rooms have been completely renovated and the garden and garage turned into the most adorable restaurant and tea room.
Everything is done to the highest standard – owners Max and Michael insisted they wanted to create the perfect getaway and somewhere to eat that they would want to visit themselves.
Certainly, if you look at their TripAdvisor feedback and scores you can see they have achieved that. Within twelve months they have become one of the top 10% of places to stay in the UK!
The Tapas and Tearoom is open all year round and as you would expect is particularly busy during the summer months – you are definitely advised to book ahead to avoid disappointment, even in the quieter out-of-season months.
The Tapas menu has all the popular favourites as you would expect and where possible all the ingredients are sourced locally – taking advantage of the wonderful suppliers we have along the Yorkshire Coast. Also – a new addition which has gone down a storm is Stonebaked Pizzas, all made fresh to order.
This Christmas you can take advantage of their wonderful offer/xmas menu which includes four tapas dishes and a bottle of wine for just £35!
