Just as spring cleaning the home is a thing, at this time of year, I like to have a good look at what I have in the shoe department to make sure the sandals and pumps are still good for the coming year.
Digging out my footwear and lining it up, I realise they have all seen better days! So, it’s time to get out there and see what’s on offer.
I head down the high street to Pavers, which is a favourite of mine, and not just because there is so much choice but because the customer service is excellent. The Manager here knows everything about footwear, and I mean everything! She has been here in the Scarborough shop for many years and really cares about people and helps them get exactly what they want. The shelves and fixtures are filled with gorgeous shoes, sandals, ballet pumps and boots. I see so many that I like, It’s hard to choose, I decide to try on some beautiful sandals and ballet pumps.
My choices are brought to me and I’m not too sure, I pick some more out to try. In fact, by the time I’d finished, I’d tried on 6 different sandals and 2 types of shoes and a pair of boots!
I make my choice, and after a lovely chat at the till point, I leave the shop.I felt great. What a wonderful experience. What a wonderful team. 💖 Just waiting for the sun to shine now 😁
