Leo has been running the popular restaurant of his name (with a z) Leo’z on Bridlington’s Promenade for over 20 years. Originally from a small village in Turkey, his passion for his local Turkish cuisine and other Mediterranean influences such as Italian and Greek is apparent when you glance at the extensive menu.
With over 40 years of culinary experience, Leo has built up a dedicated team here in Brid, including his son Ozan who takes an active part in the running of the business. You can clearly see their passion and dedication to delivering great food to the residents and visitors to Bridlington.
When I say you can see their passion for great food – I mean you can literally see it. The open-style kitchen means you can watch your meal being lovingly prepared while you sit and chill in the modern relaxed dining area.
There is so much to choose from on the menu – every kind of pizza you can imagine, but the one thing that keeps bringing back customers again and again is their signature garlic bread and I’m certainly tempted as the wonderful garlic smells from the kitchen hit you immediately.
We certainly wish them all the best as Leo’z skills are passed from father to son and we can’t wait for our next visit for more delicious pizza and garlic bread.
