Once Halloween is over we can all quickly look forward to Bonfire night, the blazing fire, enjoying hot food in the cold night air, sparklers and of course the fireworks display.
Here’s our Top 5 displays from across the Yorkshire Coast to celebrate safely in 2023.
This is a free, charity Bonfire Night event with gates opening at 5pm. No ticket is required but donations to both charities are welcomed. The bonfire is lit from 6.30pm, fireworks at 7.30pm with free car parking in Sewerby Hall Car Park and lots of delicious food on offer from the Pub, Blue Savannah and other stalls too, with live music also.
Taking place at West Avenue Carpark in Filey this Lions organised event will see the bonfire lit at 6pm and firework display beginning at 7pm with no charge for admission and plenty of parking available.
Burniston & Cloughton Village Hall
This is a popular event so make sure you can grab a ticket beforehand as you can’t get one on the gate! Gates open at 6pm with the fireworks starting at 7.30pm. Hot food is on offer here from homemade soup, burgers, hotdogs and toffee apples too.
Tickets are available on the gate here and cost £5 for adults, £3 for under 16’s with under 2’s free. Gates open at 5.30pm and fireworks start at approximately 7-7.30pm, they also have fairground rides and food and drink on offer.
Drive into Scampston Hall’s Parkland for a night of pyromusical fireworks, choreographed to a popular soundtrack from movie musicals. New for 2022 is a children’s Fun Fair providing and Food Village, featuring fantastic local providers with high quality traditional and unique food. The evening begins from 4-9pm.
