With so much uncertainty, this Scarborough find has brought a much-needed sprinkle of Christmas joy today! As we were walking through Scarborough highstreet we couldn't believe it when we saw "Mr Beary" a 3 meter high lighting structure. We can't wait to see him all lit up in technicolour with the amazing Christmas lights surrounding him. You can imagine kids of all ages clambering for a photo with him when he is all lit up! One of my favourite places to visit has got to be Eastfield Garden Centre…a place which quite literally, has everything under one roof! This garden centre has everything you would need to transform your open spaces, but as a novice gardener who has been trying to embrace the grow your own movement, it is the people here that really has made an impression. No question asked has been answered with despair when telling the five-year saga of the never fruiting tomato plants! Ale, my friends, is the new Prosecco… well, not entirely, but the story behind this amazing local brewery is right up our street! Nestled in the heart of Whitby is the Lady Luck Brewery that has been brewing delicious ale for many years.
